Unfortunately, I was unable to attend the live viewing with the class but did watch it later on HBO Max.

It was pretty interesting seeing the ins and out in the movie especially how some things were very futuristic. It is very amazing how in 1982 they expected the future to be but of course we all have our different looks on the future and what it will be like. One thing that i did enjoy from the futuristic scene is the camera film that he used to print images, and the cop car.

One scene in the film that…

For my final project, it was a little hard determining what I actually wanted to do that focused on doing something on the web and about the web. After doing some thinking and focusing on the “What’s Behind Door Number 10101?” assignment I was able to determine that I wanted to focus on something that interested me about the internet and that’s the entertainment industry. In another class we have been talking about this industry and how it has been affected by COVID-19 but still has been being populated due to the internet. …

When considering this project I can say it was sort of a challenge. Although it was a challenge to figure out what game to pick and I’m not for sure If my game is functioning as well as I want it. I can say the software that I used called Scratch was very helpful with tips and tutorials of creating a game that works well for you. I am proud that I was able to put something together and get something out of doing it. I made a chase game and the objective is to catch the dog. The only…

One of the articles (NPR) stated the average user would take 40 mins a day to read all of that. …

Don’t mind the ugly crayons lol :)

At first, when considering what to do for this project it required some thought. Mainly because you have to figure out how you are affected by the internet or some platforms that you use that you don't realize take up many hours of your day. Often times I’m sure many of us try to be productive but we end up on social media or listening to music when in class etc.

When thinking about what the web is to me, many things come to mind. Like the things I use on the web…

When thinking about what the internet is from reading the articles and how we interact with it on a daily basis you would often assume that it is a resource that helps us find the things that we need, want, or even help us communicate with each other on many different levels. It also may be looked upon as an easy way out mainly because of the convivence to help read different articles, textbooks, or watch the news, tv shows etc. but the internet is actually a massive network of networks, a networking infrastructure. …

“There Will Come Soft Rains” — Ray Bradbury

At first this story was a little confusing but it caught my eye especially when talking about breakfast. Although I do not always wake up in time for breakfast I feel like brunch is a very good meal of the day :) Focusing on the story and what I got from it is that it basically was an eye opener to how the world is changing day to day. …
